Calvados du Domfrontais 12Yr, Domaine Pacory Organic HVE is a French agriculturalThe inherent flavour of fruit that the spirit retains means it's not too powerful or overbearing to drink. Also with 12 years maturing in oak barrels makes this an extra special Calvados indeed. Calvados is an apple brandy which has been made in the Normandy area. The apples are fermented and the product distilled twice. Domfrontais is blended from approximately 70% pears and 30% apples. This single vintage Calvados is of outstanding quality.
