1940s Exceptional Pink & Netting Top designer-james-galanos Vicky Tiel is somewhat inStunning and unusual pale pink silk crepe top (it is a bit pinker then the dusty rose color the photos show) It nips in at the waist and has a bit of a flared peplum. The shoulders and cap sleeves are made entirely of 3D embroidered pink silk netting. The little pointed collar is edged in a blue grosgrain ribbon. Absolutely lovely and fabulous!
