I love the strong beaded shoulders -for some reason I think Bianca Jagger every time I look at this and imagine some fabulous girl pairing a beaded cloche or turban with this gown

It has gold and metallic blue threading running through it along with woven in stripes of red and coral

It is cut on the bias so measurements will change to fit
