It does have a tag that says it was hand made in Italy by Delill and I can only assume that this was a small independent bag maker. It is of extremely good quality, with a good weight to it and indeed could rival the work of Rabanne during this time period. It is made of silver toned metal discs that are linked together and the entire bag is suspended from big silver
