A padded top stitched band with bog circles worked into the design encircle the lower hip

The top is spectacular the same silk chiffon is fully appliqued with a cut work lace whose edges are all followed by silk ribbon piping stitched by hand into place

These jackets are being knocked off by every designer put there but this is a one of a kind

It is cut very loose through the body - I did not pin it in my size 4-6 mannequin just used the matching belt to cinch it in

The collar and neckline are piped in a pretty yellow
