Notes of armagnac, apricot, orange blossom, white sultana and sea breeze. Round and delicate in the mouth, the fresh acidity balances the entire palate. Some white pepper flavour on the finish with a good dryness. Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with cold cuts and cheese. VINEYARDS & VINIFICATION: Grapes from a single vineyard located in So Vicente on the north coast of the island.
